KONWEYOUR® conveyor belt covers are manufactured with a variety of optional materials, including galvanised, pre-lacquered and stainless steel, or aluminium and polyester fibreglass at a thickness of 0.6mm.

The belt covers are simple and lightweight to install, requiring few resources, and are also easily manoeuvred during maintenance tasks.

Field-tested and proven to withstand the most extreme environments, the durable belt covers help reduce noise and dust emissions. This ensures quarry operators remain compliant with occupational health and safety regulations while reducing the impact on nearby residences and the natural environment.

A range of different cover types is available, including lateral windshields, fireproof systems, and freely accessible, arch-shaped, windowed and skirted covers.

They protect the conveyor belt and components from all-year-round elements of sun, wind, rain, and snow. The necessity to protect belt conveyors may arise from the weather, the volatile characteristics of the conveyed material, or the type of works plant. For example, extreme temperatures may cause the plant to malfunction or stop. At the same time, powerful wind may move the conveyor belt off-center its natural position causing severe problems to the business or loss of conveyed material.

Hoops & Covers
Galvanized or stainless steel hoops with HDPE (white) or Polycarbonate (clear) covers. Full, 1/2, or 3/4 covers in standard 4ft sections.

Corrosion-Free Latches
Accessible from both sides of the conveyor, the anti-seize latches provide easy access. Remove cable clips and raise the cover.
