Product Description

The conveyor cleaner is a device used to clean the conveyor belt. During the process of conveying materials on a belt conveyor, if residual attached materials enter the roller or roller bearing seat, it will accelerate bearing wear, and if materials stick to the surface of the roller or roller, it will tear and roughen the conveyor belt surface, accelerating the wear and damage of the conveyor belt.

The head cleaner, also known as the H-type cleaner, is installed at the head drum. The scraper material is made of ultra wear-resistant polyurethane, and the pressure of the scraper on the conveyor belt is changed by adjusting the spring to achieve a thorough cleaning effect of the material.

The secondary belt cleaner is installed at a smooth working face near the head pulley. It is used to remove adhearing material near the underside of the head pulley. There are tungsten carbide blade and polyurethane blade available.

The V-Plow belt cleaner is used for material cleaning of the return belt or the lower belt of the unloading pulley. For the cleaning effect of the conveyor belt with uneven surface is better. Generally it is welded to the middle frame in front of the tensioning drum of the tail drum and the vertical tensioning device, and the length of the lifting chain is adjusted properly.
